These terms are between you and APNTTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Gujarat (“Company”, “we”). By using this website or sending an enquiry you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Ownership of i-RMS
i-RMS (including its name, logo, software, mobile application, website, documents, designs and all related intellectual property) is owned by APNTTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Nothing on this website transfers any ownership or right to you except the limited rights stated in these terms or in a signed written agreement.
Purpose of this website
The website gives information about i-RMS. It is not an offer that binds us. The software is provided to customers only under a separate written licence and support agreement or accepted order that states price, scope, licence term and support.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or an obligation for either side. A quote is valid for the period written on it. Quoted prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed only when both sides sign the written agreement or we accept your written order. You must give correct information in the enquiry form.
Company’s decision is final
As the owner of i-RMS, the Company decides, in its sole discretion and in good faith, all matters relating to the product, including: features, versions and release schedule; plans, pricing and discounts; issue, renewal, suspension, withdrawal or refusal of licences and licence keys; eligibility of customers; scope, hours and manner of support and AMC; and the interpretation of these terms and of its published materials. Subject to any signed agreement and to applicable law, the Company’s decision on these matters is final and binding.
Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Examples and figures
Customer names, prices, amounts, savings and screens shown on this website, including the demo, the billing simulator and the ROI calculator, are illustrative. They follow the published billing rules for simple cases and may differ from a real invoice, which also depends on your settings, items and extra charges. Savings and payback shown are estimates, not promises.
Software licence
i-RMS is licensed, not sold. A customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for its own business, for the licence term and scope in its agreement, using a valid licence key. Unless the agreement says otherwise, you may not copy, resell, rent out, sub-license, reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, remove any notice or licence control, or use it for another business. The licence may expire or be suspended as the agreement provides.
Intellectual property
The i-RMS name, logo, software, text, designs, graphics and documents are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of India and belong to the Company or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this website for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify, scrape or redistribute them for commercial use without our written permission. If you send us suggestions, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: break any law; give false or misleading information; send spam, malware or harmful content; try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or other users’ data; interfere with its working; or use automated tools to copy the website or flood the enquiry form. We may block access or delete submissions that breach this clause.
Links and the application
The Login button and some links take you to other sites, including the i-RMS application. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for sites we do not own.
Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate but do not promise that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Features and plans may change over time. Warranties for the software, if any, are only those in the signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on the examples it shows. For any other claim arising from the website, the Company’s total liability is limited to ₹1,000. Liability under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate the Company for losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
Events beyond control
The Company is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet failure, strikes, government orders, cyber-attacks or failures of third-party services.
Electronic communication
You agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, and that electronic records and communications are valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000. These terms are an electronic record and need no physical signature.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We prefer to settle any dispute by good-faith discussion first: please write to support@apnttech.com and allow 30 days. If it is not settled, the courts at the place of the Company’s registered office in the State of Gujarat, India, have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
General
If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for use of this website. The Company may transfer its rights and duties to a successor or group company; you may not transfer yours without our written consent. Headings are for convenience only.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept it.
