Who we are
This website presents i-RMS – Intelligent Rental Management System. i-RMS is a product owned and operated by APNTTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in the State of Gujarat (“we”, “us”, “Company”). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we are the Data Fiduciary for information collected through this website.

What we collect
1. Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we collect: your name, mobile number, email (optional), business name, city, type of business, the plan you are interested in, your message, your preferred language, the page you came from, the time of your consent, and your IP address and browser type (used only to prevent spam and abuse).
2. Emails and calls. What you write to us, and your contact details, if you contact us directly.
3. Technical logs. Like any web server, the host of this website may keep logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.
4. Local storage. See “Cookies and local storage” below.
We do not ask for passwords, payment card or bank details, Aadhaar or other government identity numbers on this website. Please do not send them to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send a quote, demo or trial.
- To follow up on that enquiry and to arrange onboarding if you become a customer.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
We use your details on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form, and for the lawful uses permitted by the DPDP Act. We do not send marketing messages unrelated to your enquiry unless you ask for them. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage, not tracking cookies, for the following:

Optional analytics are off by default. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who can see your information
Your enquiry is seen only by our team members who need it to respond to you. We use trusted service providers (for example hosting, database and email services) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, a court or a government authority, or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
The Login button takes you to the i-RMS application, which is a separate site with its own terms and privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for the purposes above. If an enquiry does not lead to a customer relationship, we delete or anonymise it within 24 months of our last contact with you. If you become a customer, records are kept as needed for the agreement and for the period required by tax, accounting and other laws. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.
Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to enquiry records. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold and how it is used; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it; withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use); nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated; and raise a grievance.
To use these rights, email support@apnttech.com from the address or mention the mobile number you gave in the enquiry, so we can identify it. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Grievance Officer
For any complaint about how your information is handled, write to our Grievance Officer at support@apnttech.com with the subject “Grievance”. The name of the Grievance Officer is published at www.apnttech.com. We will acknowledge and address your complaint within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted and the DPDP Act provides for it.
The i-RMS software
The i-RMS application is run for each customer with the customer’s own business data (challans, invoices, payments and customer details). That data belongs to the customer. We access it only as needed to provide support, hosting or backup under the customer’s agreement with us, and handle it under that agreement.
Where data is stored
Enquiry data is stored on our servers or our service providers’ servers, which may be located in or outside India. We transfer data outside India only as permitted by law.
Children
This website is for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be shown on this page.
